🔹 تجربه یک رویداد استرس زا در زندگی افراد می تواند منجر به بروز علائم افسردگی ، حتی در یک جمعیت غیر بالینی شود. به عنوان مثال ، تمام کردن رابطه عاطفی اتفاقی نسبتاً متداول است و علاوه بر افزایش خطر ابتلا به اختلال افسردگی اساسی ، یک عامل خطرناک برای کیفیت زندگی است.
🔹 مطالعات عصبی در حالت استراحت به طور فزاینده ارتباط غیر طبیعی در کل مغز بیماران مبتلا به افسردگی را نشان داده است ، اما در حال حاضر مشخص نیست که آیا علائم افسردگی در افراد بدون تشخیص بالینی دارای زیربناهای عصبی است یا خیر .
🔹 زیرا داده های عصبی قابل اطمینان کافی در رابطه با علائم افسردگی که ممکن است برخی از افراد در برخی از زمان های زندگی خود بدون تشخیص بالینی و در معرض یک وضعیت استرس زا تجربه کنند، وجود ندارد.
🔹 تحقیق حاضر بررسی می کند که آیا تفاوت های فردی در شدت علائم افسردگی به دنبال شکست یک رابطه عاطفی، با تغییر در پویایی کل مغز در حالت استراحت همراه است ؟
🔹 در این مطالعه، با استفاده از چارچوب فعالسازی ذاتی در مجموعه ای از 69 نفر از شرکت کنندگان با درجات مختلف علائم افسردگی به دنبال شکست رابطه عاطفی، به بررسی پیچیدگی دینامیکی مغز در حالت استراحت پرداخته شده است.
🔹 فرض اصلی آن بود که سطح بیشتری از علائم افسردگی خود_گزارشی با کاهش یکپارچگی کلی و کاهش تنوع فضایی و زمانی در سازمان عملکردی مغز همراه است.
🔹 تجزیه و تحلیل فعالسازی ذاتی ( توسط Deco و Kringelbach ارائه شده است که هر دو مؤلفان تحقیق هستند) توصیف میزان یکپارچگی در مغز را فراهم میکند که ناشی از وقایع خود به خودی است که در طول زمان به وجود می آیند.
🔹 این وقایع توانایی یک منطقه خاص را برای شروع تکثیر فعالیت عصبی ( مانند یک احتراق ) به سایر مناطق نشان می دهد که همراه با استنباط درجات مختلف یکپارچگی در مغز اتفاق می افتد. به نوبه خود ، یکپارچه سازی، ظرفیت مغز برای پیوند و تبادل اطلاعات را منعکس می کند.
🔹 نتایج مطالعه نشان داد که شدت علائم افسردگی با نقص توانایی مغز در یکپارچگی و پردازش اطلاعات بطور جامع در طول زمان همراه است.
